Jdibe22686
Hi, thanks for having me as a member. I'm new to mycology but have always been curious. Recently retired so I'm ready to take the plunge. I'm a photographer and home cook so this might just work. My ultimate goal is to learn to identify 2 or 3 edible varieties (keep it simple) Other than that I just want to record different varieties digitally. I spend lots of time roaming the forests of downeast Maine, in and around Ellsworth. When not in Maine I reside in Wallingford Connecticut Just glad to be here Jeff
dakotabob
Welcome aboard! I still take things slow. I try maybe two or three new mushrooms a year. There are a lot of edible mushrooms but there are only a limited number real good edible mushrooms.
