Hi everyone I am recently interested in healthy food and exercise,

I am a big fan of the medicinal aspects of fungi.

I started drinking chaga tea for a immunity bolsterer, was type two diabetic,

now im not.

So needless to say I've been fascinated with the hunt .

I also am very respectful of the identification process.

I got over excited once , ate angel wings I thought were oysters , then found out about fatalities.

I found that info here ," an isolated incident in asia ,"

So the hunt is on ,I am in southern Ontario,

Welcome! I am also a chaga tea drinker. I have been drinking 3 cups a day for the almost 2 years now. It is great stuff. Those Hericium also have some great medicinal properties.

Hello thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Nice to be here.

I was going to say you cant imagine how excited I was ,but all of you can!

Yes Dakotabob chaga is amazing, and tastes so good, who says medicine has to taste bad.

And when you walk into a stand of white birch you get to stretch your neck looking up instead of down.

Cheers
