djg Posted October 19, 2014 Report Share Posted October 19, 2014 I live in central IL and have been hunting morels since I was a kid (many years ago). I recently was a member of an outdoor forum for my area and mushrooming was a part of the forum. But that site has turned into a private political rant forum for one of the members and has chased all the knoledgeable people off the site. So as I expand my knowledge base to other mushrooms, I needed to find a fresher resource. Hence the reason for being here. A word of warning: I ask a lot of questions....so if you're not in the mood to answer ...don't get me started . I look forward to learning a lot.
