Lactarius indigo

Recommended Posts

Hey all, after reading a previous post I decided to try eating the next indigos I found. I have not been a fan of Lactarius to this point but I did enjoy these.

Has anyone used Panus rudis as food or seasoning. I even find the tiny ones leather like. Hope everyone is picking to their contentment level. Lots of rain and some fair flushing here on the lake.
